Terms & Conditions

• The minimum purchase is $10.00 (1 M-Block), and the maximum purchase is $10.00 (1 M-Block).
  We request that you ONLY purchase 1 M-Block. Select either the Gray Block (50x50px) or the Gold Block (50x50px).
• When you “Purchase” a block of pixels, you will not “OWN” any part of the homepage or the website.
• When you “Purchase” a block of pixels, you are granted the right to ONLY submit an image of yourself in your likeness along with a link which will then be published in the respective space you have paid for.
• You can change the image or link once you have submitted them, but please adhere to our guidelines.
  
• Your picture will be on the website for at least 5 years. However, our goal is to surpass a 5 year mark, given the growth of the business.
• If your image and link are accepted and published on the MillionaireFaces.com, you cannot get a refund.
  
• If you post a business graphic, obscene, offensive, adult images or links or any other picture besides a picture of a sole individual, the picture will be removed, and you will not get a refund. We are in the business of dealing with real, live people only.
  
• If you submit an image/link that is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative, otherwise,
  your money will be refunded and you will lose your available M-Block.
• If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show offensive/obscene/adult material of any kind, then your link will be removed until you provide a new one. You WILL NOT get a refund of any kind for the link downtime.
• If for whatever reason in the future you want your image and link removed from the homepage, you may request in writing by email to do so. However, you will not get a refund and the space will become publicly available.



• Images MUST be in PNG, GIF, or JPEG format ONLY. Also, images must be in a reasonable file size.
  Whatever file size you have, please note that your uploaded picture will automatically will be resized in the selected Gold/gray M-block.
• Note: We prefer you to save your pictures as PNG file format, which will allow for a faster upload. To do this, on your computer, just re-save GIF/JPEG photo as Name.PNG file format.
• Images must show only 1 individual in them, and not groups of individuals. Our goal is to show that you have that Millionaire Face.
• Images must NOT be animated.
• You must link your photo to a website – either personal, or your own personal website, or your personal business.
  Links must be to web pages only & begin with http://
• If you do not have a business or personal website, that is okay too. Your picture will be feature a pop-up large version of your photo. And we thank you for your support.
• If you have personal/personal business website, you must have the authority to provide the link for the website you submit.
  
• Funds must be fully received and cleared before your image goes live on your selected M-Block.
• There may be occasional downtime for site maintenance; however, this will be kept to a minimum.
• Once you have ordered and the funs have cleared (e.g. through Millionaire Faces, LLC accounts), we will aim to get your M-Block online within 24-48hrs.

Agreement

By purchasing an M-Block from Millionaire Faces, LLC and uploading your image, you hereby acknowledge that (i) I have read, and I meet and agree to be bound by, the terms and conditions; (ii) I have uploaded an image of myself in my likeness; and (iii) if any of the pictures I submit and links are not according to “Millionaire Faces” guidelines and policies, I understand this will be grounds for removal of my picture and link from MillionaireFaces.com and will not receive a refund.

By purchasing an M-Block on MillionaireFaces.com from Millionaire Faces, LLC (the company), and uploading your image and link, I hereby consent to the recording, use, and reuse by the company, and any of their respective licensees, assigns, parents, subsidiaries, divisions, business units or affiliated entities and each of their respective employees, agents, officers and directors (collectively “Releasees”) of my voice, actions, likeness, name (as entered on the site), appearance and biographical materials (collectively “Likeness”) in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, throughout the universe, in perpetuity, in or in connection with operations currently titled “Millionaire Faces” (the Program”).

I agree that Releasees may use all or any part of my Likeness and may alter or modify it, regardless of whether or not I am recognizable. I further agree that Releasees exclusively own all right, title and interest in and to the uploaded “picture” that I have purchased through MillionaireFaces.com. I further agree that Releases may use my Likeness in connection with any promotion, publicity, marketing or advertisement for the Program or for any of the Releasees in any manner whatsoever. I grant the rights hereunder whether or not I decide to discontinue my affiliation with Millionairefaces.com, or decide not to continue on to the next phase/opportunity after the 1 million faces is complete. I release Releasees as a result of the use of my Likeness (including, without limitation, any claim that such use invades any right to privacy and/or publicity).

This agreement shall be deemed to be entered into in Boston, Massachusetts, and shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts applicable to agreements executed and fully carried out within Massachusetts. I acknowledge that no other party nor any agent or attorney of any other party has made any promise, representation or warranty whatsoever, express or implied, not contained herein concerning the subject matter hereof, to induce me to execute the purchase of a M-Block and I acknowledge that I have not executed this purchase in reliance on any such promise, representation or warranty not contained herein. Any waiver by the Owners of any term of this agreement in particular instance shall not be a waiver of such term for the future. I agree that the invalidity or enforceability of any part of this agreement shall in no way affect the validity or enforceability of any of the remainder of this agreement. I agree that once a M-Block is purchased, I have in effect agreed to all terms and conditions set forth through policies and regulations listed through Millionaire Faces, LLC, and that policies and procedures are subject to change.
